Sean spent many years in public accounting, including a “Big 4” tax department, as well as time as the top tax person in publicly held manufacturing corporations. From 2000 to 2013 Sean worked in the staffing industry. Sean was Senior Vice President of Tax, Benefits and Risk Management for a global, publicly-held HR consulting and staffing firm.
One area of Sean’s responsibilities while in the staffing industry was employee benefits programs. As part of his benefits administration responsibilities, he led the development of the response to the Affordable Care Act for the self-insured medical program, with over $50 million in annual costs and 20,000 eligible employees.
